What Our Customers Say
IQ Impact Grant
The IQ Impact Grant helps our customers bring data-driven ideas to life with a $500 grant. Whether it’s expanding collections, piloting new programs, or reaching underserved areas, the grant supports innovative projects that enhance library services and deepen community engagement.
Grant Winners
Corona Public Library
Corona Public Library is using grant funds to expand its teen and adult print collections, focusing on areas currently understocked. Leveraging the IQ Platform, staff will identify high-need subject areas and forthcoming titles to guide purchasing decisions.
Paramus Public Library
Paramus Public Library is launching a pop-up library initiative designed to increase access and engagement in the community. Staff will visit parks and neighborhoods with low library card usage — identified using the IQ Platform — to issue cards, register residents for summer reading, and share books.
Woburn Public Library
Woburn Public Library is addressing accessibility challenges in its historic building by overhauling the Adult Fiction area. Using the IQ Platform, the library will weed, recategorize, and fill collection gaps while rethinking spatial layout.
Camas Public Library
Camas Public Library is launching an outreach initiative using the IQ Platform's Community Map and cardholder analytics to identify neighborhoods with low engagement and target nearby parks, schools, and gathering areas. They'll promote library services through on-site engagement, giveaways, and games - then track outcomes like new card sign-ups and program attendance directly through the IQ Platform.
Abington Public Library
Abington Public Library is using the IQ Platform's diversity tools to evaluate and strengthen its collection. Staff will identify gaps in DEI representation, assess high–circing BISAC categories, and review coverage of recommended diversity titles. Staff will purchase materials that address underrepresented areas, building a more inclusive, relevant collection that reflects the needs of its community.
